REFUND + RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely in love with your items, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges that meet the following requirements:

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached.
Returns must be shipped to us within 21 days of purchase. Exchanges must be shipped to us within 30 days of purchase.
All returns and exchanges must be made through our returns portal below. We do not accept returns made from outside shipping methods or sources.
    Sale items are final sale, including those purchased during promotional sales such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

       

        RETURNS

        How do I start a return?

        To start a return, head to https://camp-collection.loopreturns.com/#/ and enter your order number and shipping zip code. After entering your information, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

        When will my return or exchange be processed?

        Although we do try to process them as soon as we can, it could take our operations team up to 14 days to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse.

        When will I receive my refund?

        Return amount will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please note it could take 2-10 business days for the refund to post back to your original form of payment depending on the bank or merchant you purchased the items with initially.

        Is there a return fee?

        A $7 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund, if you choose to be refunded to your original payment method. This fee covers the shipping label cost to return the item back us + the cost for us to restock the items back at our warehouse.

        If you choose gift card, we will wave the $7 fee. 

        I bought multiple items, but each item has a different order number. Do they need to be returned separately?

        If you purchased multiple items & each has a different order number, you are welcome to combine them into one shipment to avoid paying a $7 return fee for each item. 

        When you send the items back, we ask that you do the following:

        1. A note stating your first name, last name, & each of the order numbers associated with the items your purchased.
        2. Email customercare@shopcamp.com with the order number(s) & the label that all items are shipping with. Our customer service team will help ensure that the $7 fee is applied to only 1 of the returns.


           

           

          CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

          Items that are shown as marked down from their original price or purchased during promotional sales (e.g. Black Friday and Cyber Monday) are final sale.

          EXCHANGES

          Is there a return fee?

          Exchanges will be waived the $7 shipping fee.

          When will my exchange be processed?

          When will my new item be shipped?

          Once it's processed, your exchange order will automatically be made. Please note, your the item that you are exchanging for is not reserved, so we encourage you to send your return back to us as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please reach out to customercare@shopcamp.com.

          The size I wanted to exchange for is sold out, what happens now?

          If the size that you want doesn't show as available in the portal, that means it's sold out! Please note, that even if the item you want is shown as available, it's not guaranteed to be in stock when your exchange is processed as we are unable to reserve items for customers! In the event that the item/size that you're exchanging for is out of stock, we will refund you back to your original form of payment for the item.

           

          HOW DO I GET MY RETURN SHIPPING LABEL?

          We will issue you a prepaid return label for the items that did not work out. All you have to do is drop it in the mailbox or drop it off at your local USPS!

           

          INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

          We are currently unable to process returns of items from outside of the U.S. But we are working on it!
