SHIPPING + RETURNS
Domestic shipping: All orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 weeks. We are a small company and process all orders individually with care from San Francisco, CA. All orders are sent via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is unavailable at this time.
International shipping: Shipping is $30 worldwide and can take anywhere from 14-30 days. Orders will leave our warehouse in 1-2 weeks. A tracking # will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped. Expedited shipping is unavailable.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEM PURCHASES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept return of an unworn item within 14 days of delivery. Items should be in the original condition, including tags. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so we recommend getting tracking information and/or insurance.
HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND:
Please send the tagged/unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. If you do not include this information we may not be able to refund you. We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges.
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 2 months of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Please note we DO NOT offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return an item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we’ve refunded you.
